Just like many other success stories, InYard came into this world accidently.
After selling various products on Amazon for a few years, the InYard team discovered a swing that was made out of special material and added it to our Amazon storefront.
Slowly, product sales rose and with it an interesting pattern emerged Within the reviews of the swing, parents mentioned the swing’s therapeutic benefits and its amazing effects on their children’s lives.
When we reviewed these comments, we understood that we had a special product in our hands. With the parents’ insights in mind, we approached our manufacturer and made some changes to the swing’s design. The new creation was InYard’s line of Therapy Swings.
Sales of the Therapy Swings picked up quickly, and with it came more and more great reviews. We began building a community for the brand, which was comprised of occupational therapists and the parents of children with special needs. These are our advocates who are with us every step of the way. They have helped improve our sensory swing and helped spread the word about our special needs products.
Our continuing relationship with the brand community helps us to understand the market’s needs. This enables us to constantly find new and improved sensory products. Before bringing each product into the market, it must first be tested by members of our brand’s community. Only after receiving their approval (and their children’s approval) will we start manufacturing it.
After the immense success of our Therapy Swings, we extended our line of products, adding our Premium Weighted Blanket, Chew Necklaces and Bracelets and our latest hit, the Snuggle Huggle.
